Chris Careccia, co-founder and Managing Partner at Consulting Talent Group (CTG), specializes in professional services talent acquisition.

With extensive executive search experience, he has partnered with a range of consulting firms, from global firms to private equity-backed to founder-led boutique firms. Chris’s expertise spans Strategy, CFO Advisory, Operations, Supply Chain, Transaction Services, Human Capital, Digital, and Technology.

Previously, he held Partner roles at Heidrick & Struggles and another boutique search firm, focusing on senior-level placements in technology and services. Prior to this, Chris led executive recruiting at Booz & Company (now Strategy& PwC). He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.

John Thacker, co-founder and Managing Partner at Consulting Talent Group (CTG), brings extensive executive search experience in the consulting and advisory sector.

With a focus on Strategy, Performance Improvement, Digital, Accounting Advisory, and CFO Advisory Services, John offers cross-industry search expertise. Previously, he was a Partner at another boutique search firm and held a leadership role in talent acquisition at Booz & Company (Strategy& PwC).

John began his career as a technology consultant at Deloitte, later transitioning to an executive recruiting role with Ernst & Young. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Florida State University.

Ryan German specializes in senior-level recruitment across cloud computing, technology services, and consulting sectors, filling executive, pre-partner, and partner roles in general management, go-to-market, product, and technology.

Prior to Consulting Talent Group (CTG), he led recruiting for Amazon Web Services’ Global Sales Organization during exponential growth from $4B to $30B in under five years.

Previously, Ryan managed experienced recruiting at Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting arm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography and Environmental Science from the University of Alabama.
