Prior to Consulting Talent Group (CTG), he led recruiting for Amazon Web Services’ Global Sales Organization during exponential growth from $4B to $30B in under five years.

Previously, Ryan managed experienced recruiting at Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting arm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography and Environmental Science from the University of Alabama.
